Founder/CEO

Beata manages the Company’s daily business and is in charge of most of Customers’ relations. She has been working only at Nordic companies since the beginning of their professional career, travelling a lot in business to every Nordic country.
Beata loves Nordic style of management and she is passionate about Scandinavian culture. She holds Master Degree in law and supports NordHR’s Clients in labour law matters. After hours hyperactive runner and enthusiast of healthy life-style.

Recruitment&Business Relationship Manager

Sylwia has been working in recruitment since 2015. She is the most effective in sourcing and head hunting candidates in IT and international projects. Since her studies she has been interested in mobility. As she is a traveler and has been living in many cities she can advise candidates how to relocate easily.
She is responsible for managing the team and internal processes, business development and contacting clients. She loves sports - bicycle, skateboard and snowboard.

With 10 years’ experience in HR, Iwona provides daily partnership to business clients and candidates. She recruits for management and specialist positions, advises on soft HR solutions, career development and delivers trainings.
She holds on MA in Psychology and Administration. The combination of HR profile with the family therapy practice gives her better insight into the various clients’ issues.
She places emphasis on long-term relationships both in business and life.
After work she strives to catch up with her 3 sons, attends fitness classes and chills out with electronic music.
