For our client, a modern company in the HR and IT industry, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of Senior UX/UI Designer. In this role, you will be a key person involved in creating the UX and UI of the entire nofluffjobs.com service. Starting of concept development stage, through prototyping and drawing wireframes, participation in refinements with Product Owner and IT department, creating mocks, consultations at the testing stage and
ending with acceptance after implementation and monitoring of effectiveness solutions used. Experience indesigning web applications compatible with the latest trends in Mobile and Desktop

Daily tasks:

● Creating prototypes and wireframes for products and services
● Preparation of graphic designs and application flow based on business requirements and prototypes in close cooperation with IT department
● Creation and maintenance of pattern libraries in the field of design system and brandbook
● Spreading design patterns among teams
● Participation in refinements, the ability to jointly developing UX / UI solutions in close cooperation with Product Owner and development team
● Participation in the service design process from the definition stage concept through requirements workshops (e.g. storyboarding), production and release of the service on the market
● Documentation and analysis of user experiences, incl work on customer journey map
● Optimizing and designing improvements to the company’s products in based on data analysis from measurement tools and in based on quantitative and qualitative research (Google Analytics, HotJar, Google Optimizer, SurveyMonkey and others)

● Monitoring and reporting of the effects introduced solutions within the set metrics

Expectations:

• 3 years of experience in designing services
• 3 years of experience in creating graphic designs
• Knowledge of prototyping tools, Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Infogram
• Documented UX and graphic portfolio
• English at least B2 +
• Knowledge of HotJar, Google Optimizer, Google Analytics
• Knowledge of the IT market

Nice to have:

• Experience in conducting workshops with stakeholders outside the organization
• Knowledge of Design Thinking tools
