As a Systems Engineer the job holder will join the Poland team consisting of highly skilled, high performing engineering team members supporting multiple product lines.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will span the system development lifecycle.
- Analyze customer use cases to define system requirements.
- Perform functional modeling of system behavior.
- Develop system architectures.
- Perform technical analyses of design proposals.
- Conduct functional, performance, and environmental testing of avionics systems.
- Develop verification and certification artifacts.
- Perform systems integration.
- Perform peer review process.
- Supports the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes.

The successful candidate will join an innovative, multi-disciplinary team of avionics engineers designing, developing, testing, and delivering avionics systems for commercial aircraft.
Candidates can work from our office in Gdansk or in hybrid or remote mode from home if preferred.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 + more years of professional experience.
- English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
- Demonstrated design and system thinking skills.
- Familiar with DO178C/ARP4754 standards.
- Familiar with DO254.
- Familiar with DOORS.
- Familiar with Cameo or other UML/SysML tools.
- Collaborating in international and multi-national projects.
- Technical degree in a related field of study and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated design and system thinking skills.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+2 years’ related work experience, 8 years’ related work experience, etc.).
