For our client, a modern company in the HR and IT industry, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of SEO Specialist with fluent English language skills.

Daily tasks:

•  Construction and optimization of visibility and levels of acquired traffic for websites in search engines
•  Preparing analyzes, recommendations for actions, proposing improvements and carrying out implementations related to SEO (all on-site / off-site activities) based on the requirements of search engines, own analyzes, partner analyzes, internal requirements and on the basis of measurement tools
•  Analyzing and optimizing visibility in the search engine, including impressions, position, clicks, development of internal and external linking (also in terms of monitoring and protection against deposition attacks)
•  Conducting own audits, reports, creating ideas for improving the current state
•  Cooperation with external partners and internal teams in the field of SEO solutions and implementations
• Observing changes related to search engine algorithms, technical innovations and responding to them with appropriate actions

Requirements:

Must-have (Strong):

• Understand the trends and behaviors related to the search for information by users on the Internet
• Experience in co-creating strategies for acquiring organic traffic
•  3 years of experience in optimizing the visibility of extensive websites in search engines in PL (minimum 3 projects)
•  Knowledge (expert level) and understanding of the current scope of requirements and factors (on-site, off-site) used by search engines (including Google, Yandex, Bing) regarding the optimal visibility of the website in search results
• Experience in planning, creating and optimizing content as well as building linking in terms of visibility in the search engine
• Tracking the scope of changes in search engine algorithms and being up to date with SEO industry trends
• Excellent knowledge of SEO tools, plugins and applications: Majestic SEO, Senuto, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog and / or complementary and the ability to use them when creating analyzes, recommendations and implementations
•  Knowledge of English in speech and writing (min. C1)

Nice-to-have (Capable):

•  Excellent knowledge of: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio, Hot Jar, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends
• Experience in the application and implementation of SEO strategies on markets outside PL Experience in cooperation with external partners and teams within the organization
• The ability to analyze the quality of traffic on the website from the activities carried out (conversions, sessions, behavior, etc.)
•  Knowledge of issues related to creating websites in HTML5 and CSS3 and using this knowledge in practice in SEO projects
•  Knowledge of at least one PPC campaign tool (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
•  Knowledge in the field of UX / UI, WordPress is welcome
• Experience in building the visibility of websites in search engines other than Google (e.g. Yandex, Bing, DuckDuckGo)
• Understanding of issues related to databases and servers as well as knowledge of web programming languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript) are welcome
