We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with a strong background in AWS and Azure to join Nordic bank company.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform and CICD, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available solutions in the cloud. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, an ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibility:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions in AWS and Azure, leveraging infrastructure as code and CICD methodologies.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex architectures that meet business requirements and ensure high levels of performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend the best approach.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for cloud-based solution design and implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the solution architecture.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on AWS and Azure.
• Extensive experience with Terraform and CICD pipelines.
• Strong experience with cloud-based architectures, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.
• Experience with cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members.
• AWS and Azure certifications are highly desired.
