We search for a candidate for the position of Sales Order Processor to join the growing Operations team in Gdańsk.

Our Client is a global producer and distributor of board games. The company was founded in 1997, and its headquarters is located in London.

The Role:

The role is twofold: Sales Order Processing and Customer Service.

You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and chasing up delivery of orders, alongside other administration tasks, and always provide excellent customer service.

The role will require experience of working under pressure and dealing with high volume orders. High service levels are important along with excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Main responsibilities: 

  • Scrutiny of Orders
  • Processing and managing Orders
  • Working with internal stake holders and external 3PL to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries
  • Liaise Booking Ins, Create ASNs where required.
  • Clear communication to Customers, Sales Team, and other Departments.
  • Liaising with Internal teams and departments wherever required
  • Following up with Finance Team for Orders to be Invoiced
  • Completing, uploading, sending all the product details required for ranging the product with the retailer i.e. New Line Forms, Images, Samples.
  • EDI maintenance
  • Creating and updating reports as required by the business
  • General Ad-hoc administration and filing 

Essential experience and skills required for position:

  • min 3 years proven experience in a busy office environment in an administration role (Preferably, Processing of Orders)
  • Fluent in English in both Oral and Written.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly.
  • Experience of managing data within Excel (Running reports, V look up’s, Pivot tables)
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise a busy workload and be well organised.
  • Work proactively and independently, and as part of a team.
  • Positive and Can-Do Attitude 

Nice to have:

  • Similar experience from previous Role.
  • Experience of working with Sage 200
  • Experience in working on SAP
  • EDI knowledge
  • Dealing with 3PL (3rd Party Warehouses)
