Sales Manager – remote/Dzierżoniów

For our client’s company, producer of drum motors and rollers for conveyors and technological lines based near  Wrocław, we are now looking for a proactive and self-driven candidate for the position of: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • managing the work of the sales department
  • creating sales reports and presentations
  • product sales strategy development
  • implementing of the sales  strategy and plan
  • conducting new improvement related projects
  • acquiring new customers and building good relationships with key customers
  • preparing commercial offers for key clients
  • running business negotiations with key customers
  • regular visits and technical support for new and existing key clients
  • supervision over maintaining appropriate quality standards of customer service
  • sales development in the subordinate area with new products available in the group
  • cooperation and consulting for sales teams in the group

Requirements:

  • higher education
  • experience in a similar position
  • very good command of the English language
  • ability to read technical drawings
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a team
  • commitment and motivation to work
  • Driving license. B
