Our Client is a family-run textile industry Scandinavian company with over 50 years in the business, specializing in highly functional workwear, gloves and shoes development, production and international distribution. As the business is growing fast in Europe, currently we are looking for an experienced Sales Managers 1 in Warsaw, Poland and 1 in Prague, Czech Republic

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Work with the Management to develop a strategy for achieving budgeted sales and execute that plan in given market in B2B sector.
  • Execute sales process from lead/initial contact through the receipt of the order using Company’s proven sales process
  • Engage in solution-based selling
  • Running a full scale store operation
  • Creating the understanding of the customer businesses and their operating field. Their challenges and opportunities. Being a part of making the customer business even better by adding value with workwear solutions.
  • Professional sales tools set up and execution. Prospecting, CRM work and opening and developing customer relationships.
  • Analyzing the market, competition and the opportunities. Develop the work plan further with better execution.
  • Recruiting a team to execute the chosen plan.
  • Creating a marketing plan, to aid the sales operations. Executing the marketing plan, analyzing the data and improving it for the next season.

  • Good track record on B2B sales, willingness to forget all and learn a new method of working
  • Track record of leading people. How to inspire others to run with you.
  • Fluent English is a MUST. Swedish, Finnish and Russian are a plus.
  • Understanding of the dynamics in the B2B sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • Professionalism and good manners, character that build trust to the team and to customer relations.
  • Good personal management skills.
  • Knowledge and contacts from property and construction industry will be an asset.
