For our Client we are looking for a Release and Change Manager:

Job description:
• implementation of a process management tool: Release & Change Management,
• creating and updating KPIs for Release & Change Management processes,
• introducing improvements in the Release & Change Management processes,
• defining and agreeing an implementation plan with production teams (external and internal),
• care for high quality communication with stakeholders,
• conducting periodic reviews and decision-making meetings “Go-NoGo” (including: CAB),
• managerial support for teams planning to release a change,
• coordination of version implementations in the test and production environment,
• reporting the effects of work to superiors,
• creating and implementing recovery plans to the process increasing its quality.

Requirements:
• higher education,
• min. 5 years of professional experience working in a similar position,
• knowledge of ITIL methodology and process management,
• ability to create Release and Change Management procedures,
• readiness to work under time pressure,
• very good command of the English language,
• communicativeness and commitment to the performance of entrusted duties.
