Regional Sales Representative (biotech, life sciences)- Gdańsk / remote

For our international client – a global biotechnology leader, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to operate within the the Pomeranian region.

As a Sales Representative, You Will

  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction, building strong customer relationships
  • Analyze the market to spot business opportunities and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute smart strategies to meet your sales goals while staying on top of the latest trends
  • Become an expert on our products so you can confidently present and sell to customers
  • Organize seminars and grow our network in trade fairs and conferences
  • Travel to customers in Gdańsk and the surrounding region, spending around 80% of your time with them

What We’re Looking For

  • You’ve completed Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or a closely related field
  • You’re up to date with laboratory techniques such as cell cultures, PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA purification, proteomics
  • Ideally, you have experience in a sales position in the life sciences sector and understand the local market
  • Experience with tenders is an advantage
  • You can effortlessly communicate with customers and colleagues in Polish and English
  • You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with customers
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally have some experience with CRM software
  • You have a category B driving license
