Regional Sales Representative (biotech, life sciences)- Gdańsk / remote
For our international client – a global biotechnology leader, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to operate within the the Pomeranian region.
Responsibilities:
You engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction, building strong customer relationships
You analyze the market to spot business opportunities and expand our customer base
You develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and follow market trends including tenders
You will become an expert on our products to effectively present and sell to clients
You organize seminars and participate in trade fairs and conferences
You are responsible for customers in Gdańsk and surrounding region, traveling 80% of your working time
Requirements:
Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or a closely related field
Up-to-date experience with laboratory techniques such as cell cultures, PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA purification, proteomics
At least two years sales experience in the life sciences sector with an understanding of the local market
Experience with tenders is an advantage
Excellent oral and written command of the Polish and English language; German is an advantage
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with customers
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Driving license category B
