Regional Sales Representative (biotech, life sciences)- Gdańsk / remote

For our international client – a global biotechnology leader, we are looking for a Regional Sales Representative to operate within the the Pomeranian region.


  • You engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction, building strong customer relationships
  • You analyze the market to spot business opportunities and expand our customer base
  • You develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and follow market trends including tenders
  • You will become an expert on our products to effectively present and sell to clients
  • You organize seminars and participate in trade fairs and conferences
  • You are responsible for customers in Gdańsk and surrounding region, traveling 80% of your working time


  • Master’s degree or higher in Biology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or a closely related field
  • Up-to-date experience with laboratory techniques such as cell cultures, PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA purification, proteomics
  • At least two years sales experience in the life sciences sector with an understanding of the local market
  • Experience with tenders is an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written command of the Polish and English language; German is an advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine love for engaging with customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driving license category B
