For our international client from the production sectro, we are looking for a candidate for a Quality Management Leader/Manager position to join Polish  site located near Toruń.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Assessment of the product regarding it’s compliance with the requirements of the Customer and the company
• Development of concepts and activities ensuring specific quality standards in cooperation with individual departments
• Effectiveness control and implementation of possible corrective actions
• Customer audits management
• Conducting quality analyzes and customer issues
• Budget and human resources management for the Quality Department
• Creation of quality requirements for new processes/products
• Monitoring and responsibility for development of employees of the Quality Department
• Managing quality improvement plans

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelors degree (preferably engineering, quality or related discipline)
• Prior experience within quality control and assurance
• Knowledge of modern techniques and quality tools
• Leadership experience
• Drive for results
• Knowledge of ISO standards and procedures
• Communicative English
