Our Client’s Company was founded in 1997 and has its international Head Quarters “The Hub” in Paddington, London. They work with internationally recognized entertainment brands and have strategic licensor partners across the world.  At the moment we are looking for a person who will join our team for the position of Purchase Order Processor and Planner in Gdańsk

You will be responsible for placing orders with suppliers for complete games, components, products and services whilst maintaining strong relationships with Suppliers. Orders will need to be planned, allocated and tracked from placement through to completion

Responsibilities:

Purchase Orders

  • Receive Sales Order demands
  • Receive and Check internal product specs, prior to placing orders
  • Raising of Purchase Orders
  • Manage Orders through to completion
  • Working with internal teams to ensure on time deliveries
  • Raise GRN’s on system
  • Checking and processing of supplier Invoices
  • Confirm production schedules
  • Update information on systems
  • Clear communication to internal teams
  • Liaising with Internal departments wherever required
  • Working closely with suppliers and building strong working relationships

Planning and Forecasting

  • Collate forecasts for all territories
  • Manage Order Priorities
  • Forward planning and scheduling of Orders
  • Factory Capacity Planning and Production Allocation

Others

  • Creating and updating reports as required by the business
  • Undertake any ad hoc analysis which may be required
  • General ad hoc administration and filing
  • Covering within the Ops team if required

Required experience:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in a busy office environment
  • At least 2 years of similar experience in production / purchase planning role
  • Knowledge and experience in Manufacturing / Printing
  • Educated to A level standard, grade A – C
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Excel Skills including vlookups and pivot tables
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Strong Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise a busy workload and be well organised
  • Proactive and Driven
  • Positive and Can-Do Attitude
