We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Gdańsk.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Delivery
● Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects using Winning Moves’ project management system.
● Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project timelines, allocate resource and align on commercial objectives.
● Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all project-related activities and issues, escalating as appropriate.
● Manage and monitor project performance across cost, time, quality, and safety metrics.
● Ensure product specifications are accurate and complete.
● Set achievable project deadlines and ensure the timely completion of tasks through close
coordination with internal departments and external partners.
● Keep stakeholders informed with accurate and timely updates and clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
● Proactively identify risks and opportunities, ensuring seamless multitasking and issue
resolution.
● Support business planning by collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and
operations.
● Implement and follow risk management, ensuring the Project Management Team Lead is kept
informed of relevant developments.
● Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure records are complete prior to
project closure.
● Develop and monitor profit and loss assessments for each project and work closely with sales and commercial leads to ensure financial viability.
● Partner with local finance and commercial teams to reconcile post-delivery costs and extract insights for future projects.
● Assist in budget preparation and cost control in partnership with product development and finance teams.
● Report on project expenditure and highlight variances or concerns in a timely manner.

Communication and Reporting
● Ensure consistent communication of changes to project scope, product specifications, timelines and product quantities to internal teams, suppliers and clients.
● Manage issue escalation processes and work collaboratively with stakeholders to address
variances against project plans.
● Represent the company at business development meetings or client pitches, as required.
● Deliver clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communications at all times.

Stakeholder and Relationship Management
● Provide leadership and direction to project teams and external partners throughout each project’s lifecycle.
● Foster strong, collaborative working relationships across internal departments and with external stakeholders.
● Promote a positive team environment and support day-to-day team motivation and morale.
● Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and sound judgement in managing diverse teams and
personalities. Adjust communication and working styles to foster teamwork and shared success.
● Adhere to company procedures and demonstrate a commitment to shared goals and values.

Essential Experience and Skills
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably within a product
development or related environment.
● Fluent in both spoken and written Polish and English.
● Proficiency in French or German is highly preferred.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency with standard business applications.
● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
● Confident and inquisitive with excellent listening and interpersonal abilities

Desirable Qualifications
● APMP certification
● PRINCE2 certification
