Key Account Manager with Norwegian – Rusocin

For our client, a Polish-Norwegian company, specializing in the production of windows and doors in the modern Scandinavian system, we are looking for ambitious and experienced candidate for the position of Key Account Manager to build the Norwegian market.

Your tasks will include:

  • Acquiring new B2B customers
  • Active sales of company’s products in accordance with the established sales targets
  • Building the market by acquiring new contracts
  • Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
  • Providing professional advice for the clients and after-sales support
  • Preparing the offers
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation
  • Providing the reports for the management board

Expectations:

  • Min 5-7 years of sales experience, including min 3 years within the Norwegian market
  • Fluent command of the Norwegian language (b2/c1)
  • Good English knowledge (b2)
  • Highly developed soft-skills, easygoing and open-minded attitude
  • Independence in decision making and implementation of new solutions
  • Job commitment, consistency in pursuing the set goals
  • Industry –related knowledge or experience would be appreciated
  • Availability to travel up to 2-3 times a month (once it is permitted)
  • Driving license
