Our Client is seeking IT Support for London (Paddington) and Gdansk offices.
The role is full time and office based 3 times a week. 2 days home office is available.
The role will be expected to help office and home workers resolve problems as easily and quickly as possible. The role will have the support of the Head of IT and local outsourced IT providers for any issues that need escalation to resolve. The role will also be expected to support and assist users in all global offices (USA, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Italy, Ireland).
The role will also be expected to help maintain the smooth operation of the local office, E.G managing local audio-visual equipment and accounts.
