Currently we are looking for an IT Business Development Manager for our Estonian partner to join the team located in Gdańsk. Our Client is a software development company who in the past 20 years has become the leader of e-government and e-commerce solutions in Estonia. They are currently developing solutions for e.g. The Estonian Road Administration, Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, The Estonian Ministry of Internal Affairs et al.

The company is looking for an entrepreneur who has an idea about new technologies and possible recipients, proactive and creative, who will take care of the company development in Poland and Europe.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • active acquisition and processing of new business contacts
  • being a real business builder and networker – participating in important business events all over the Poland
  • close cooperation with the CEO in the scope of developing a commercial offer, building and modeling a sales funnel
  • establishing and maintaining business relationships with new and existing clients
  • effective recognition of clients’ business needs and proposing appropriate solutions based on our capabilities
  • organization and participation in sales meetings
  • preparation of reports and sales analyzes
  • participation in industry events – fairs, conferences
  • close cooperation with other departments in the company

 

Our expectations:

  • start-up attitude, ability to build business from the scratch
  • experience in the sale of B2B projects in the IT / modern technologies industry
  • the ability to understand customer needs and propose the best solution
  • basic knowledge of the programming market, programming languages ​​and passion for new technologies
  • fluent knowledge of English in speech and writing (at least B2)
  • ability to work in a team
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ease in establishing and building relationships with clients
  • ability to bring tasks to the end and draw conclusions from both successes and failures
  • great independence in performing tasks and managing your own time
  • commitment and openness to new tasks
  • ability to work under time pressure
