Job tasks:

  • Run quality checks for General Ledger in Quality assurance function & ensure compliance to all defined SLA metrics
  • Facilitate and coordinate all Quality Initiatives
  • Report to stakeholders
  • Process Understanding & Skill Enhancement within the General Ledger department
  • Update Process documentation
  • Drive Quality Transition Deliverables
  • Adherence to compliance with Quality Standards (ISO)
  • Drive continuous improvement of the work processes, documentation and services
  • Prepare and share analysis of Customer Feedback and Internal Errors

Your profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in General Ledger area
  • F&A educational background preferable
  • Experience with SAP system required
  • Very good level of English (min. B2)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Proactive in solving day to day issues
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Team player
  • If you are Czech or Slovak native speaker, your Polish skills should be at least B1 level
