park4night is a leading platform dedicated to helping travelers discover the best spots to rest, park, and explore. With a community-driven approach, they provide a comprehensive guide to unique locations, including camping areas, motorhome-friendly sites, and scenic stops worldwide. The mission is to enhance the travel experience by offering a user-friendly app and excellent customer support.

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting users/customers with resolving issues related to our app or website via email, Play Store, or App Store.
  • Reviewing and verifying data entered into our platform, including new locations, comments, and photos.
  • Providing feedback to colleagues and suggesting improvements as part of quality control.
  • Testing new app versions and reporting bugs.
  • Participating in international exhibitions (e.g., Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Birmingham, Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw).
  • Translating app content and marketing materials.

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in German or Dutch (C2 level), particularly in written communication.
  • Advanced English skills (C1 level), primarily written.
  • Strong familiarity with digital tools, mobile apps, and the Office suite.
  • Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

What we offer

  • B2B contract with a competitive salary of 9,000 – 11,000 PLN.
  • Full IT equipment, including a laptop, additional screen, and smartphone.
  • Bonuses for participating in trade shows.
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the remainder remote.
  • 38 hours per week, flexible Monday to Friday, with an additional 2 hours on weekends.
