Country Manager – Poland (Warsaw)

For our Nordic client’s company – premium brand within functional workwear , we are now looking for a candidate for the position of  Country Manager in Poland.

You will be responsible for growing the brand in the Polish market through building strong relationships with customers, improving the existing brand strategies, as well as providing strong leadership. The ideal candidate is humble and down to earth. However he/she is also goal – driven winner with a grit and determination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team, in the Polish market and meet the targets that are set out for the company and the specific region.
  • Full P&L responsibility in Poland
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Develop customer segment (vertical) sales plans in line with the European go to market strategy
  • Work with other Country leaders and group management to develop and share knowledge to better serve the needs of the existing and new customers
  • Build forecasting tools to manage supply and demand of products and better report on pipeline and growth.
  • Leverage communication tools to gather “Voice of Customer” to drive an improved customer experience and new product direction

Professional experiences & competencies:

  • Solid experience in a sales, marketing and/or commercial function of a premium brand
  • Experience in leading a business team
  • First experience with managing a P&L is a plus; sound financial knowledge is a must.
  • Experience in sectors with similar distribution channels
  • Good command of Polish and English

Brand Building 

The company is a premium workwear brand, still in the early stages in Poland. Key to success is the interest, desire, and knowledge to help grow the brand’s recognition. Previous experience with a premium brand is a plus. This aligns with a long-term vision and stable sales growth.
