For our Client – a leader in the design and construction of personalized catamarans and yachts, we are looking for a candidate for the position Composite Technician.


About a role:

  • Controlling the production process of yachts, mainly glass and carbon fibre reinforced composite shells
  • Supervision of production, in accordance with technological cards and control of maintaining correct technological conditions
  • Planning and conducting the process of vacuum infusion of structural elements
  • Technological optimisation of production processes
  • Selection, testing and implementation of new materials such as resins, fibres, adhesives
  • Development of a plan and technology for the repair of composite components
  • Solving current technological production problems
  • Creating procedures for manufacturing composite elements
  • Creating instructions, work cards and material cards (cut)
  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
  • Analysis of technical documentation
  • Preparation of material requirements based on documentation


  • Higher technical education (material engineering, plastics processing or related)
  • Experience min. 2 years in a similar position (industry – plastics, laminates)
  • Knowledge of the composite production industry (knowledge of the production of moulds and hooves for laminate production)
  • Practical knowledge of composite manufacturing technologies and methods
  • Knowledge of the English language at a communicative level
  • Independence in carrying out the entrusted tasks
  • Ability to plan and organise your own work
  • Availability, responsibility, commitment, dynamic approach to the performed work
