Camperlife Customer Assistance with German- Remote

The Camperlife Customer Assistance will be the direct point of contact for our German speaking clients and customers from camperlife industry, providing world-class customer service.

Main tasks:

  • Direct contact with customers, providing world-class customer service via e-mail in German language,
  • Cooperation with IT team,
  • Being a part of the product care with b2b team,
  • Helping to create new products,
  • Having an impact on Company’s development, suggesting changes
  • Possibility to go to exhibitions fairs (5 days Düsseldorf/Stuttgart)

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 100% remotely
  • Excellent German language on native level (C1, C2)
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and people skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Good management skills
  • Interest in Camperlife, camping, truism.

Offer: 

  • B2B contract for 6-10 k net/ monthly, depends on qualification and language skills
  • Start date ASAP
  • Remote option with onboarding in Warsaw.
