Business Development Manager (Junior) with Ukrainian – Gdynia

For our client, a modern company in the HR and IT industry, we are currently looking for an ambitious, self-motivated candidate for the position of Business Development Manager to build and grow the market in Ukraine.

Your tasks:

  • acquiring new B2B customers through cold calling and cold mailing
  • selling the company’s products in line with the assumed target
  • building relationships with the customers and providing after-sales service
  • negotiating terms of cooperation
  • meeting with clients (optionally)

Our expectations:

  • fluent command of the Ukrainian language
  • communicative knowledge of English (B1 / B2 level) or Polish
  • experience in selling process within b2b sector
  • customer orientation
  • easiness within initiating contact with the customer both directly and via phone
  • experience within working on targets
  • experience in closing the sales process
  • entrepreneurship and startup mindset

Nice to have:

  • experience in the HR or IT industry
  • knowledge of the HR services market
