You smoothly combine competencies within project management and business analysis in IT sector to enhance product planning and software development process. You will be responsible for contacts with a client, budget planning and team coordination, leading  big international projects with advanced technology.

Your responsibilities will be:

• identifying customer needs and overseeing project delivery within the business context
• leading the project team, ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
• running IT systems implementation projects
• creating documentation of processes and business requirements (user stories)
• identifying the new features, possible optimizations or even large initiatives to include on roadmaps and drive innovations
• running workshops with customers
• providing solid partnership to the management team

Your profile:

• experience in applying business analysis techniques
• ability to interpret complex business processes
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• ready to work in international environment with stakeholders from various areas
• independence, business maturity, ability to organize one’s own work
• knowledge of insurance processes would be a really big asset
