Our Client is the leading manufacturer of dietary supplements and products supporting healthy eating. They offer their products around the world. We are looking for Back Office Specialist to join a team in Gdańsk, Otomin.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering orders into the system and ongoing updating of data
  • Preparation of draft agreements, commercial offers, letters, reports and statements for the Sales Department
  • Invoicing and preparing transport documentation
  • Providing data to the production department in the scope of demand for goods requiring an order (shortages in the warehouse)
  • Coordination of the timely exit of goods from the warehouse
  • Ongoing communication with the customer’s logistics department in terms of required documentation, delivery times, etc.

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of trade and invoicing rules
  • Experience in working with the Customs Office, the National Chamber of Economy
  • Independence, organisational skills and a proactive attitude towards the assigned tasks
  • Nice to have: An experience within FMCG industry and cooperation with markets outside the EU
