The data controller of your personal data is NordHR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdańsk at ul. Grunwaldzka 472 (hereinafter referred to as the controller). Personal data in the scope specified in Article 22(1) § 1 of the Labour Code will be processed for the following purpose: A recruitment process conducted by the controller (legal grounds: 22(1) 1 of the Labour Code in connection with Article 6 section 1c of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), as part of the fulfilment of the legal obligation incumbent on the data controller. And if you give your voluntary consent for the above in the application form, your personal data will be processed also for the following purpose: A recruitment process conducted by the controller in the future (legal grounds: 22(2) 1 of the Labour Code in connection with Article 6 section 1a of the Regulation). If you give any consent indicated above, you will be entitled to withdraw consent at any time without effect on compliance with the right of processing carried out on the basis of the consent before it has been withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn via e-mail. The provision of the personal data, referred to in item a above, is voluntary, but necessary to take part in recruitment. The provision of data and the consent, referred to in item b above, is voluntary and does not have an effect on the possibility to take part in the current recruitment (it will not be the basis for treating you in an unfavourable manner and will not constitute a reason justifying the refusal of employment). Personal data collected in order to carry out a recruitment process will be processed for the period necessary to complete it, not longer than for 3 months, and data processed on the basis of consent for future recruitment for the period of 12 months. If consent for future recruitment is withdrawn, the data will be immediately removed. In certain situations, as the data controller, we have the right to provide your data, if necessary, for the purpose of performing our services. We will provide data solely to three groups: persons authorised by us, our employees and partners who need access to data in order to perform their duties, processors that will be commissioned with the processing of data, other recipients of data, e.g. couriers, banks, insurers, legal offices, companies from our capital group. You are entitled to request from the controller access to personal data related to you, correct it, remove it or limit processing. Moreover, you have the right to object and the right to transfer data. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority or the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data). I inform you that your data will be/will not be processed in an automated manner at the stage of concluding an agreement in order to verify the correctness of the provided data, nevertheless it will not result in making decisions in an automated manner.
